Yes Karna you are right.One topic I love you to write about is willpower.Yes people often have the wrong notion that using willpower one can surmount any problem and keep yourself constantly motivated to raise the bar.However my question is ,is willpower an infinite resource ? is it overrated ? Is it a sureshot way to come out of the dumps ?
Oh!! I love that topic and will definitely art it too my list. Short answer, I no longer rely on willpower since it’s not a reliable resource - Instead I’ve been working on mastering my habits with wonderful results.
